Announcing the next Saturday workshop to celebrate the Winter Solstice to be held at the gorgeous venue - The Space Between - close to Plett.
Winter invites us to slow down, to soften, and to listen more deeply. In a world that often asks us to keep going, this Biodanza workshop offers a different rhythm—one of rest, restoration, and gentle renewal.
Through simple, guided movement and carefully chosen music, we will explore the wisdom of turning inward. Together, we’ll create a space where the body can release effort, the nervous system can settle, and something quieter and more essential can be felt.
This is an invitation to pause… to breathe… and to reconnect with the natural cycles within you.

Movement is essential to our health because it is the natural language of a living body. When we move, we support circulation, release tension, regulate the nervous system, and allow emotions to flow rather than become held or stuck. Yet over time, many of us begin to move in limited, habitual ways—physically and emotionally—which can narrow how we experience ourselves and the world.
In Biodanza, we gently expand our range of movement, inviting the body into new rhythms, expressions, and possibilities. As the body discovers unfamiliar pathways, something begins to shift within us—we access new feelings, new responses, and new ways of being. Through this process, movement becomes not just exercise, but a powerful gateway to healing, integration, and a more alive, authentic relationship with ourselves.
