Today was day 1 block 2 of my FREE Men’s only workout sessions. Designed to get you men out of your ever so comfy life for just a moment, so that you can grow both mentally & physically. These sessions help you seek that discomfort your body so desperately craves, you just don’t know it yet. The cliché term “You vs you” is actually what this is all about. You have brothers alongside side you grinding, sweating, encouraging and getting uncomfortable with you but this is all about you pushing yourself further and further each week as you reach for benchmark workouts I set. So that you can measure your increased mental and physical performance each week. And hey, if I feel you have been committed and have improved against yourself, then you get a case of beers 🍺 so you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Todays workout was a great challenge: A 1km run followed by a 1km return run with a 30kg sand bag carry. Straight into 30 thrusters with your sand bag and then onto a 100m bear hug sand bag lunge - knee to ground. Every time you need to rest and drop the sand bag you need to complete 5 burpees before you carry on. Time to beat 18min up to 35min TC. Go give it a try👊
