Thursday we are hitting the road. I will send a route during the week, any suggestion welcome. We will start at 5:45 promptly, meet at the SACS top water polo pool! Please bring your head torches so that you can see the road. Dom will be giving us a demonstration on how to wear reflective gear so please be there to see that.:)

Route: Main road, ronderbosch common, UCT and then back down to SACS.
It is about 10km you all can manage it. :)

1. On the 5th May it is the UCT memorial race 10km
2. On the 4th May at UCT medical school it is called 'run 4 rural' (more info on facebook http://www.facebook.com/events/622871874393004/) this is 7km.

I have been in contact with WPA and the release of the 2013 licence numbers is imminent! I have therefore attached the SACS OBU 2013 club membership form and the ASA 2013 license form.



IF YOU INTEND TAKING UP MEMBERSHIP FOR 2013 PLEASE COMPLETE THESE FORMS AND SEND THROUGH TO ME ASAP!



On the ASA form, leave the “2013 License Number” blank, I will complete that when I issue you with your number.



Also –we have a new running shirt and a vest made by New Balance which are both really nice, so please indicate if you would like one of these on your membership form.



Please forward this email to others whom you know are looking for a club for next year, we have grown nicely in our first 2 years and it would be great to do the same again next year.
