πŸ“’ 9.7 lbs down in 4 Weeks ‼️

Incredible 4 Week body transformation from my good friend and online client Ellie who has transformed in 4 weeks, losing nearly 10 lbs, just in time to fly to South Africa with her best friend Zara for a 2 week tour of one of the most beautiful countries in the world. πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

Furthermore, she's going to be doing it with more self confidence, a body she is proud of and worked extremely hard for & new found knowledge to know she can switch it on and off when is required based on her lifestyle, goals and where she wants to take her fitness journey.

"My goal was to strip bodyfat in those stubborn midriff areas. This past month I've been dedicated and disciplined physically and nutritionally. Taking pics and measurements along the way, it's been tough, and tiring but so rewarding as today I take off for SA the leanest and the lightest I've ever been!". - Ellie

Ellie grafted for this, day in day out. You should be very proud of what you've achieved in 4 weeks, you asked questions, you did exactly what I told you to do and put trust in me to get you there.

Communication is key in online coaching and being open and honest as a trainer with your client but it needs to be reciprocated. If you work as a team, you can achieve amazing results. This is an example of what you can achieve changing daily habits, being consistent & having a mindset that you will ultimately get to your end goal..

Do you need to break through a fat loss plateau?

Are you frustrated your body fat isn't dropping?

It starts with understanding these 5 key factors ↙️

Calorie Intake: Often, people underestimate the number of calories they consume or fail to adjust their intake as they lose weight. Reassessing your calorie intake and ensuring it aligns with your current goals is crucial for breaking through a plateau.

Nutrient Balance: While calorie intake is important, so is the balance of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) in your diet. Adjusting your macronutrient ratios, particularly increasing protein intake, can help support fat loss and preserve muscle mass during a plateau.
