Found another new lady to join the RAW Conditioning classes this evening! Can't wait!! :D Come and Join us every Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm for a full body weight session. With some of the biggest and most beautiful smiles around. :D
Awesome session this evening so good to have most of my ladies back! :) Well Done to Jade and Chloe on their first session this evening, they performed like rock stars! :D Amped for Wednesday!

This can be said about good and bad weeks of eating! Just because you had one bad week don't use it as an excuse to give up.. Rather come back stronger and more focused! If you are struggling with your eating habits give me a shout for nutritional advice and weight loss tips! :)

Make sure you give it your all, every session! But in saying that, give your body the rest it needs. When you do weight training you break down muscle fibers, and with the right nutrition and rest, your muscle is able to build up bigger and stronger. In turn helping burn fat.
