Our view is that fitness is best served VARIED, that means different workouts, different movements, and different tools - like on Workers Day when we took on this cool partner WOD with a chunk of “odd movements” shared with a partner. 🤝

Launching tomorrow - FREE Run & Coffee Club! ⬇️

We’re super excited to announce our partnership with as we together aim to get more people on their feet to experience running in a FUN social environment! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

PEAK Members and None-Members alike can take part for FREE, all you need to do is 🔗SIGN UP VIA LINK IN BIO🔗 and then come and meet our PEAK Coaches at your choosen location.

Want to get strong? Lift weights! 🏋🏽‍♀️

BUT, remember to choose objects & movements according to your capacity, goals, and experience level. 💪🏽

As an example take a look at yesterday’s workout ⬇️

FOR TIME, 12-9-6 Reps of:
• Power Cleans
• Over Head Squats
• Floor Press

Super experienced athletes use body weight on the barbell, whilst if you’re new to weightlifting OR If you need more unilateral (single sided) training - use Dumbells and do 2x as many reps = 24-18-12 reps!
