We’re super excited to announce our partnership with as we together aim to get more people on their feet to experience running in a FUN social environment! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️

FOR TIME, 12-9-6 Reps of:
• Power Cleans
• Over Head Squats
• Floor Press
Super experienced athletes use body weight on the barbell, whilst if you’re new to weightlifting OR If you need more unilateral (single sided) training - use Dumbells and do 2x as many reps = 24-18-12 reps!
