This class will be for the dancer who is wanting to explore new levels of his/her technical ability. Soft and fluid vs. strong and sharp movements to be integrated into choreography.

The focus in this class will be on grooves within Choreography and how to be comfortable in being weird. Doing certain moves that feels different, but doing it with confidence in executing certain movements that might make you feel uncomfortable or uneasy because of it's weirdness.

For Adrian it’s all about being “comfortable in your skin since I've struggled to come to terms that it's okay to move how your body wants to move”.
