Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and receiving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing quotes to customers based on their requirements.
- Liaising with customers to address inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Efficiently scheduling and coordinating on-site jobs.
- Utilising your knowledge of the glass and aluminium industry to answer customer questions and provide expert guidance.
- Maintaining a well-organised and tidy front office space.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and ex*****on of tasks.
- Performing administrative duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Creating invoices and ensuring payment of debtors.
- Controlling and reconciling of material and hardware.

It will be to your advantage if you have previous experience in the glass and aluminium industry, are detailed orientated and well presented. Afrikaans and English is a must.
