Group training combining cardio and resistance training to help you reach your health and fitness goals while having fun

MYfit Group training sessions will be done in small groups of no more than 4 people making it more intimate and personal. Training sessions will include resistance training and cardio suitable for all ages. Joining Fee:
Monthly joining fee: R300 (2 sessions a week)
Personal Training: R200 Per session

Clients progress will be measured through bodyfat % and waist & hip circumference for those who are interested. Lets sets some goals and smash them!
