They have been lying to you, Over and over again. And the worst part you probably don’t even realize it.

Social media is full of nonsense, where fake gurus push flashy headlines and ridiculous advice. One dude tells you that heavy weights are the only way to grow muscle. Another says high reps will give you that toned look. Someone else says you gotta do endless sets to build size, so you burn yourself out trying to keep up.

And in reality none of that is true. Science already shut that crap down, but it doesn’t get clicks, so the myths keep going. And It doesn’t make for a cool Instagram reel.

If you keep buying into these lies, you’re gonna stay stuck. You’ll be out here working hard, pushing yourself, and still wondering why you’re not seeing the results you should be. You’re doing it wrong, and it’s not your fault
it’s the BS that’s been shoved in your face.

I’m about to break down the real info you need to grow, so stop wasting time on that nonsense.

2017 -2022: 25kg of Pain, Struggle & Growth

2017, I was clueless. Confused. Frustrated as hell.

I spent hours in the gym, grinding like a maniac, thinking hard work alone would build muscle. I followed every fitness trend, every influencer, every so-called “expert” preaching the next big thing:

High reps for cuts. Low reps for size.

Fasted cardio burns more fat. Wait, never mind, fasted cardio is useless.

Bulking? Cutting? Main gaining? Bro, pick a damn side!

I tried it all. The result?



 I looked the same.

No extra muscle. No extra definition. Just more frustration watching other guys get jacked while I felt like I was running in place.

I started wondering



.Maybe I just don’t have the genetics.

.Maybe my body doesn’t respond to training.

. Maybe I’ll never be one of those guys who actually makes it.

And that thought hurt the most.

But I wasn’t about to accept that.

I stopped looking for hacks. I stopped trying to train like guys on gear. Instead, I focused on what actually works for naturals:

i. Progressive overload ~Adding weight, reps, intensity, every damn week.
ii. Real nutrition ~Not “clean eating,” but fueling my body for growth.
iii. Relentless consistency ~No more jumping ship every time progress slowed.

No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just real, unsexy, brutal work.

Fast forward 5 years, I’m 25kg heavier, stronger, leaner. All natural. No excuses. No BS.

Naturals, You will NOT grow overnight. You will NOT wake up jacked after a “12-week transformation.” But if you stay locked in, trust the process, and train like you mean it, you will build a body that commands respect.

Stop Wasting Your Gains (SLIDE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF)

More Reps means More Gains
Doing 50 reps won’t turn you into Arnold, it just turns your workout into cardio. Science tells that The ideal rep range for hypertrophy is around 6-12 reps with controlled tempo and proper volume.

Soreness Means Growth
You’re not “growing”, you’re just in pain, bro.
Science tells that Muscle soreness is NOT an indicator of effective training. Focus on progressive overload, not just how sore you are.

You Have to Shock the Muscles
What are we doing here, training or electrocuting our muscles😂😂?
Science Says Progressive overload and proper programming lead to growth, not just doing random workouts every session.

Light Weights for Cuts, Heavy for Bulk
Your muscles don’t know if you’re bulking or cutting, bro.
Science tells us that Muscle growth comes from mechanical tension, not whether you lift heavy or light. Both can work based on volume and intensity.
