History made. In our very first WP Women’s A-League match, our Ladies in Gold secured a memorable 15–10 victory over St Georges RFC. 🤩

A massive congratulations to every player, coach and supporter who formed part of this special moment for our club. This result is a reflection of the hard work, belief and growth within our programme.

Our Senior Women officially take their first step into the WP Women’s A-League as they face off against St Georges RFC in Round 1.

This is more than just a match. It’s the start of a new chapter for our club and a pathway now fully built for the next generation of girls rugby players coming through our system.

We would love to see our community, families, supporters and rugby lovers on the sidelines as our Ladies in Gold make their A-League debut.

Up and Under Rugby Club has proudly launched our Senior Women’s Team competing in the WP Women’s A-League.

Built on a proven pathway with 35+ players progressing to provincial rugby from the development strucutres. This is the next step in our journey — and yours.

We are the youngest squad in the league, backed by a structured system and a strong rugby community.

Second Friendly match of the season came with many good lessions. We learn go forward and implement new ideas as we approach game 3.

Try scored by Bianca van Zyl put us in the lead, however after leading at half time our ladies couldn't run the full mile and conceded points in the second half without reply.

Our senior women's team is brand new and still looking for fresh faces to join our set up. Keen to join? Rock up every Tuesday & Thursday at Parow High School from 18:30 till 20:00. 🏟️🏉💛
