The first phase is all about laying a strong foundation. Focusing on increasing your overall endurance and building general strength.
Youβll also work on perfecting the fundamental movement patterns required for HYROX. Expect mainly time-based workouts with progressively increasing work periods and decreasing rest intervals, designed to boost your stamina and prepare your body for the challenges ahead. ππ₯
