For more than 20 years, I have been involved in the hospitality industry starting my career in the front of house working as a waiter and barman. I became involved in contract catering in the early 1990’s…I was hooked…. I then spent three years training in one of South Africa’s top 10 restaurants before heading to foreign shores. I have worked in Singapore as well as five star hotels
