The cricket season finally kicked off. Fisantekraal Cricket Club hosted Morningstar Cricket Club in a friendly match yesterday. The host decided to bat first, and morningstars bowlers were up for the task.They brought the fire and got rid of opening bastmens in no time. Until Atto's 63 unbeaten runs helped the home team put 155 runs on the board.

With 155 runs to defend, our bowlers did not disappoint. The visiting team could only come up with 100 runs. Beating them by 55 runs and the end of the day there could only be one Man of the match and that was Attie,he had a wonderful knock with the bat scoring 7 fours and 3 sixes in his innings.

This coming Sunday, the 9th of Feb, Morningstar want to settle the score on their home ground. Please come and support our team.
