Ladies That Punch brings together 25 ladies to take on a 12 week program, learning to box (non-contact!), making their bodies stronger and improving their overall fitness.
The course is progressive, adding new boxing techniques to the class every week.
We also do 3 fitness tests thoughout the program to track your strength and cardio improvements
Registration:
R1650 for the entire course, once off payment upfront.
2 packs of Sanitary towels, which will be donated to the Menstruation Foundation.
