YogaForSports is dedicated to making good athletes excel with yoga. We are passionate athletes and yogis with a deep understanding yoga for sports. Y.F.S. is based on an up to date understanding of anatomy and physiology and movement science and draws from a deep and diverse yoga background. The g0al is to extend your sporting career, improve your performance and reduce the risk of injury.
What started as an interest in using breathing and yoga postures to help a few individual athletes, has grown into a series of International Training programs and a soon to be published book.
