Last night, Western Province Golf celebrated the players selected to wear the WP colours, and proudly among them were our very own Taahir Mallick and Wayne Melle.

To earn the blazer is to earn the privilege of representing something bigger than yourself. It is a reflection of commitment, talent and countless hours dedicated to the game.

Seeing two of our own take this step is a moment we’re incredibly proud to celebrate.

Today, we’re proud to see Norma Harrod, Gwen Baumgart and Tyra Booysen tee it up in the inaugural Women’s Invitational Premier League (WIPL). 🏌️‍♀️

Gwen and Tyra will line up with the Royals 👑, while Norma will proudly represent the Flames 🔥.

The WIPL brings together some of the country’s talented women golfers as they compete for the inaugural Bobbi Brown Invitational Trophy. 🏆

For us, it’s a special moment to see three RGC ladies representing the Club on a new and exciting stage. We’re proud of each of you and excited to follow the journey.
