šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Imagine this...

šŸ You’re no longer relying on poorly paid studio classes
🚦Running across the city to private session
šŸ¤øā€ā™€ļøTeaching 20+ classes a week
And barely break even at the end of the month. 😬

Instead, you’re building something that’s yours:
A sustainable, scalable online yoga business that reaches students across the world, aligns with your values, and supports your dream lifestyle.

A business that doesn’t rely on you selling your time but on you sharing your knowledge!

Yes, it’s possible. And no, you don’t need a huge following or a marketing degree to make it happen.

But let’s be clear:
āŒ The reason you are struggling has nothing to do with you as a teacher or your Yoga teaching skills.
āŒ You don’t need another Yoga certification
āŒ You don’t need cirque du soleil flexibility
āŒ You don’t need 10k followers on social media

What you need is a new strategy.

You can’t simply transfer your regular offers.
It’s not the same students. They don’t have the same motivations. They are not looking for the same results.

The problem isn’t your teaching. The problem is the business model you’re trying to use.

Once you understand who you’re serving online, what they’re looking for, and how to speak their language: everything changes.

āœ… You start building offers that people actually want.
āœ… You create programs that transform lives and generate income.
āœ… You build a business that feels aligned, impactful, and joyful.
Because deep down, this is what you’ve always wanted: To make a real difference: in their lives, and in yours.

✨Create a profitable and sustainable online Yoga business: A step-by-step self-paced course combined with private coaching to create your first online offer and enroll your first students in just 6 months.✨

One of the biggest mistakes I see yoga teachers make when they try to transition online is this:

šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøThinking that the only difference between teaching in-person and teaching online… is the medium.
That you’re simply swapping the studio for a Zoom room.

But here’s the thing:
That thinking is the main reason your online offers aren’t working. 🤯

Let’s break down why:

What most teachers do when they move online is simply copy/paste their in-person classes into a virtual format.
Usually that looks like:
šŸ‘©ā€šŸ«Private 1:1s over Zoom
šŸ’»Group classes streamed live

But that leads to:
🚫Competing against Free Youtube classes
🚫More empty classes
🚫Thinking dropping your prices is the solution
🚫The quickest route to frustration and burn-out.

🌱And it completely neglects the scalability advantage of online offers!

Online yoga is not just a shift in format.
It’s not just about moving your teaching onto a screen.

šŸ’„It’s a completely different market, with different needs, different behaviors, and different expectations.

To thrive in the online space, you need to rethink:
šŸ“šYour offers
āœ‰ļøYour marketing
šŸ‘©ā€šŸ«Your role as a teacher

šŸ‘‰You’re no longer just guiding a class, you’re leading a transformation.

šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøāœØ Want to teach yoga online? Then it’s time to stop teaching yoga… online.

Sounds wild, right? But hear me out šŸ‘‡

Most yoga teachers move online by livestreaming the same classes they taught in-person.

ā›”ļø Drop-in Zoom sessions
ā›”ļø Donation-based pricing
ā›”ļø Competing with free YouTube videos

šŸ”‘ But here’s the truth: the online space is a different world — and it needs a different kind of offer.

If you’re ready to stop hustling for views and start building a sustainable yoga business, I’m hosting a free masterclass that will show you how.

šŸŽ“ ā€œIf You Want to Teach Online, Stop Teaching Onlineā€

Step out of the Yoga studio rat race.
While Yoga studios have their space in the industry (for both students and teachers), if you want to become a full-time YT, you won’t do that teaching at studios.

To put it simply, when teaching at studios you are trading your time (60 to 90 minutes) for a fee (usually lower than it should be in my opinion).

And what happens?
Your income will be very quickly capped at how many classes you can teach per day.
It is that business model that leads to teaching 30+ classes a week and so many teachers to burn out.

It’s not sustainable.

Stop selling your time and instead sell a transformation!
Create an online offer that will facilitate real change and assist your students through that transformation.

No hate towards Yoga studios but they won’t give you a full time Yoga teaching career.

If you get stuck in the traditional business model of a yoga teacher (ie teaching private and studio classes only), it’s going to be very hard to achieve financial freedom through your Yoga Business (regardless of what financial freedom means to you).

šŸ‘‰Your income will be capped to the time you have in hand to teach. There are only 24 hours in a day and you can’t teach every single one of them.

šŸ’”You need to think outside of the traditional yoga studio setting.

šŸŽšŸ‘‡

The good news is that the online world has created a huge number of opportunities (yes, still now).

From a 2016 survey conducted by Yoga Alliance, 65% of yogis practice at home (and that’s before the pandemic hit us and redefined the online world).

In addition t,he purpose and objectives of a student vary a lot more nowadays than it did 20 years ago.

People are turning to yoga for increasingly various reasons: from fitness to mental health, from injury recovery to increasing performances, from personal practice to social connection.

Which means that the market is growing and evolving resulting in a lot of new niches being created where competition is not as fierce as fighting for teaching spots at the Yoga studios in your area. šŸš€

šŸ‘That’s a lot of OPPORTUNITIES!šŸ‘
The yoga industry is not saturated, it requires innovation.

What’s stopping you?

01/02/2024

Another year bites the dust.

Before we hit the gas pedal in our 2024 journey, let’s reflect on what 2023 gave us.
Here are 3 things I learned in 2023:

1. There will never be a perfect moment, sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith.

We could always be more prepared, we could always learn more, we could always have more savings, more knowledge, more time, more… but at the end of the day, this is just fear talking. It may not work out exactly the way you thought but it will definitely never work out if you don’t try. Take the leap…

2. You will never regret investing in yourself.

Whether it is for your business or personal life, the best money and time spent is on growth. You will not regret it, so go ahead and enroll in that course you’ve been eyeing all year!

3. There will always be too much to do but, you don’t need to do it all today.

It’s quite overwhelming when you start to build your dreams, there is SO much to do! It seems impossible… how do you do it? One step at a time! Yes, there are a million things to do, create, and learn but not all of them are relevant right now. Focus on the things that will move the needle the most at the stage where you are, and forget about the rest. Focus your efforts on 1 or 2 things, the rest will wait.

What lessons have you learned in 2023?
