Happy Monday! This 6-part Pilates glutes workout will strengthen and tone your glutes, quadriceps, inner-thighs, abs, obliques and shoulders! Basically a full-body workout💥💯

Try to lift your hips as high up off the mat as possible, lift up and out of your bottom shoulder throughout and sink your naval towards your spine👌 Go for it💪
