We would like to extend a huge thank you and gratitude to everyone who attended the Exhale workshop on Saturday.

It was a day of great insights and learning and healing. Through the power of knowledge we shifted and started healing past wounding and traumas whilst being held in a safe space by our equine and human facilitators.

During this workshop we saw real evidence of this and we experienced the power of community. Connecting with others who live with persistent pain and sharing simple tools to help us decrease this persistent pain we grow into more of who we are, in all of our richness - knowing that we are NOT alone in this.
