Dance, Boxing and Fitness Studio Green Zone Studios is a unique fitness experience for the whole family. One on one boxing coaching and fitness. Sports Massage.
We offer a variety of activities to cater for all age groups. We offer the following all under one roof at our studio at the Westport Square on Sandown road:
Dance Classes:
Modern and Tap Dance Classes from ages 3 years old. Group Fitness Classes:
Bootcamp; Functional Fitness; Golden Delicious (Seniors and Beginners Class); Stretch and Tone; Children’s Trampoline and Fitness Class; Kettlebells; B
Today was our end year dance medal test. Congrats to all the girls and their outstanding results. I am very proud of each one of them and what they have accomplished this year. Thank you to those that spoilt me with gifts and flowers. As our studio is now closed for the year, I wish every family a wonderful year end!!!

Trio winners
Eisteddfods went so well for our Green Zone Dancers. Congrats to our Splish Splash group who danced in the finals. They looked like they were having lots of fun! So proud of the little ones. Congrats to our 7-8 trio who won :) Well done my three "Painting the Roses Red" girls. You all danced beautifully!
