It's never too late to learn to swim.

Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to build confidence in the water, or wanting to improve your swimming technique, our Adult Learn to Swim programme provides a supportive and structured environment to help you achieve your goals.

Our programme focuses on:
• Water confidence
• Basic swimming skills
• Stroke development
• Breathing techniques
• Fitness and endurance

Lessons are tailored to individual needs and abilities, allowing each swimmer to progress at their own pace.
