Meet the bubbly and lovely Micaela du Plessis!
Next Gen Pinelands Athletic Club, Micaela grew up around the club with her runner parents Melany & Henry, then jumped in herself in 2025.
She also co-manages our club's "kit shop" with her mom, and lends a hand whenever it is needed.
Micaela, we see you, we celebrate you, and we can’t wait to watch you bloom some more!

PINELANDS ATHLETICS CLUB – PROVINCIAL CROSS COUNTRY SELECTION
We at Pinelands Athletic Club are proud to announce that four of our athletes have been selected to represent Western Province Athletics (WPA) at the Athletics South Africa (ASA) National Cross Country Championships 2026.
This is a tremendous honour and a testament to the discipline, perseverance, and commitment shown by our athletes throughout the cross-country season.
