Exciting News!
Congratulations to Rio Smith and Grace Aufrichtig for their Region 5 Team selection! 🇿🇦 Rio will travel to Zimbabwe in December as part of the Pre-Junior team and Grace has been selected as the 1st non-travelling reserve. We are so proud of these two hard-working girls for their first Gymnastics South Africa team selection! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Still two more days to go at SA Gym Games but congratulations to our High Performance and Level 8-10 gymnasts!
4 national champions, 8 overall medals and a total of 33 medals.
We are so proud of all our girls for their hard work and team spirit over the last three days! 🩷
