WHAT CLASSES am I currently TEACHING????? 💃💃💃
Well, Ive been teaching online since 2019… 👐
Im doing one monthly live online class for the adv and pro dancers enrolled in my year-long “Foundation in Dancing with Classical Arabic Music” course! This is an amazing series as it dives deep into the works of the legendary dancers and musicians from the silver screen and following golden age. Since I also run the same material with my IN-HOUSE dancers at Al-Masrah Academy, I’m now able to offer this as a slower-paced 4x 1-Hr class set like my other “BUNDLES of 4” PACKAGES. 🌺
My “Bundles of 4” allow all levels dancers who have done technical training with me around the world to train vocationally through my library of online pre-recorded classes and have been able to really deliver top-notch material to a growing list of enrolling dancers of all levels, beginner to pro. Weekly I record up to 5x 1-HR classes!!!! The FLIER includes some of the NEWLY FILMED classes… 🌺
In both folkloric and art dances I offer multi-level classes filmed in sets of 4 1-Hr classes. Bundles are downloadable through dropbox and done totally ANYTIME and AS OFTEN as dancers would like. Many of the starter sets expand into advancing level sets or takes technical modulation from one set and create choreography in a following set. In technique sets, each class is thorough and can also be done on its own while choreo classes make more sense in their PACK OF 4. 🌺
Ive done sets of: “creating a solo show” for restaurants/corporate newbies, “ribcage propulsion and theatrical line” for advanced/pros, “oriental musicality” to naturalise all the considerations of middle eastern music to the ear and body and now… Ive started the Egyptian folklore sets! 🌺
Ive got two MINI-COURSES, both FOUNDATIONAL - one for my TECHNIQUE (which I often insist dancers new to my material - explore whatever level they are - not only for health and safety but for required musicality) and the other in DANCING WITH A SWORD… Both foundational class-courses are LONGER: 7x 1-Hr classes! 🌺
MOSTLY, I keep my prerecorded classes to a medium resolution to assist my large bulk of Southern African students in a geographical region where data is expensive and problematic. I also keep the RATES REALLY LOW in SIMPLE videos that teach as opposed to entertain!!!! 😘🤣 🌺
BUT - Ive now also started “SPECIAL EDITION CLASSES” (for selected STANDALONE bundles of 4 classes) such as “DANCING ON A DRUM” to create internationally marketable packs, which will be available at HIGHER RESOLUTION and HIGHER RATES: including text prompts, more demo’s and notes sessions! Still, local dancers can access the the very same teaching packs at the lower rate but those classes will clock 50min not 1-HR for any local dancers wanting to add the “special edition classes” to their bundles of 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 classes! 🌺
