The Body Excel HPC - WBHS - will reopen to members from Monday 24th August, 2020. Protocols for use will adhere to Government Regulations concerning Covid-19.

Wynberg Old Boys and Girls; current parents of Wynberg schools scholars; WBHS 356 Club members - r1750.00c.
General - i.e. members of the public - R2250.00c.
This comes with an assessment by a Sports Science graduate, 3 x 1-on-1 training sessions and 1 x free consultation with the resident Physiotherapist.
Alternatively:
Scholars - R300.00c per month.
Wynberg Old Boys and Girls; current parents of Wynberg schools scholars; WBHS 356 Club members - R350.00c per month.
General - i.e. members of the public - R400.00c per month.

The Body Excel HPC has 2 x Physiotherapists, 3 x Biokineticists, 2 x Sports Science graduates and 3 x Personal Trainers working at the facility and available for consulation.

Pilates and Yoga sessions, 1-on-1 or small groups (max 5 pax) are also offered at the facility.

Welcome to 2020 and all that it brings. Use this venue to "Exercise your Potential!" Please note that this is a private gym and is therefore open to the general public - i.e. it is not just for the scholars of this fine school, well known as the 'College of Knowledge'.
Professional services offered at the gym are, Physiotherapists, Biokinetists, Sports Scientists and Personal Trainers.
Note that from 1st March, 2020, new rates will be implemented - see following - will come into effect (this raise in rates is for the first time since 2017). If you are keen to sign up and pay the 2019 rates until the end of February, 2021, contact 'The Manager' on the email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Rates are: Scholars, R250/month increasing to R300/month on 1st March.
Wynberg Old Boys and Girls, parents of Wynberg scholars and '365 Club' members, R300/month, increasing to R350/month.
General members, R350/month, increasing to R400/month.
The HPC is also offering 'Six Month Special Packages' which include, at no extra cost, an assessment and a training programme designed by a professional, plus 3 x no-cost training sessions with a Sports Science graduate plus 1 x free consultation with the resident physiotherapist.
The rates for this 'Six Month Special Package:-
R1450 for scholars;
R1750 for WOB's and G's, parents and '365 Club' members; R2250 for general members.

Body Excel HPC is offering the following 6 month package, running from July to December, 2019 (inclusive). R2000 in advance which gets you gym membership for those 6 months PLUS an intitial assessment, a programme and 3 x 1-on-1 sessions with a Sports Science graduate to see that all exercise technique is correct; a consultation with a Physiotherapist as well as a consultation with a Chiropractor. Mike Harland, a professional martial arts and self-defense coach and trainer of some 30 years, is offering a free coaching/training session on what he does best, at the Body Excel High Performance Centre, situated in the Wynberg Boys High School (between the swimming pool and the main cricket oval), in the evenings (after 17h00), Mondays to Fridays. Anyone - men, women, boys, girls, who are interested, should contact the gym's manager, Rob MacLean, on the gym's email - [email protected] - to arrange a session with Mike. You won't be sorry and you will be leave the gym with a 'spring in your step'.

The gym, situated on the Wynberg Boys High School campus, between the school's swimming pool and the main cricket oval (the Jacques Kallis Oval), is open to the general public as well as to scholars at the 4 schools that make-up the Wynberg campus of schools. The highly trained tenants who work at the facility include 2 Physiotherapists, a Chiropractor, a Biokineticist, a Sports Science graduate and 3 Personal Trainers.
