Trust this mail finds you guys well.

I have being wanting to forward an email for a while recently regarding the progress of my 3 children at Simply Swimming.

This year in particular I have noticed massive improvements in their skill set and confidence.From a parent point of view you want to see small steps forward over a period of time and recently this has become more prevalent.

Areas of weakness within their respective makeups have being addressed and I see the value in the lessons.

As customers it is our right to bring to attention any reservations and legitimate complaints regarding your services.At the same time a business should be told if a client is happy with their services.And we certainly are.

It's at this point that I would like to thank Kim for her expertise,and caring nature in dealing with my children.In addition her experience has seeing her take the necessary steps to assist each child to make small improvements.I have witnessed first hand the lessons and am in no doubt that the reasons for their progress is as a direct result of her,please bring our satisfaction to her attention.
