Kari’s yoga journey began 10 years ago in India at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerela where she fell in love with the sense of serenity and joy which she obtained through her yoga practice. Hello yogis, it is with a heavy heart that I am posting this, but I have reached a crossroads and have decided to take a sabbatical from teaching. Please continue your yoga journeys, and let me know if you need any advise on studios or teachers - there are many amazing teachers in Cape Town and although you may feel like yoga without Kari is not yoga - it is!! :) And it can be better. And yoga is a journey which involves many guides along the way...
I think yoga is in my blood and in every aspect of my life so I will continue to post and I have no doubt that at some point in our future we will be meeting back on the mat.
