Free yoga on Saturday at 9am at Imhoff Farm with Soul Space 🩷

As Volea hosts their Health & Wellness Festival this Saturday,
Soul Space will be holding space in-studio with a free yoga class at 9am. Something offers every week, now part of a bigger day of movement and connection.

An all-levels class, open to everyone.

From padel and pickleball to sauna, cold plunge and more,
it’s a full day of wellness, both inside and out.

Key Changes in 2026

⭐ Golden/Star Point instead of long deuces
• When a game reaches deuce (40-40), play includes two normal advantage chances and then a decisive Golden Point if still tied (so matches don’t drag on forever). 

⏱ Faster match rhythm
• Warm-up time before play goes from 5 minutes → 3 minutes.
• After interruptions, restart times are shortened.
• No eating or drinking between points unless during side changes. 

🎾 Service rule clarification
• The server must stay behind the baseline, and the ball must not cross the service line (or an imaginary extension of it) before being hit. This makes it easier for referees to judge legal serves. 

🟡 Ball colours are more flexible
• Balls no longer must be only white or yellow. Any colour is allowed as long as it clearly contrasts with the court. 

🛡 Safety zones increased
• Outdoor safety areas around the court are enlarged. A minimum or 3m of free space is required (up from 2 m) to reduce collision risks. 

🎾 Racket/point rules clarified
• If a racket flies from a player’s hand or the safety strap breaks, the team loses the current point immediately. This was enforced before in practice but is now formally written into the rules.
