We asked you for one word for how you feel after class. This is what you said. 💛

Turns out an hour of dancing badly together does a lot. 😄

Next Monday is our Halloween class 🎃 Mon 26 Oct, 18h15.

Dressing up is optional. Pick your effort level:
🟠 Low: something orange or black
🐱 Medium: cat ears, horns, a bit of face paint
👻 Full send: the whole costume (as long as you can still dance in it)
🙋 Zero: come as you are, you're just as welcome

The playlist will be frightfully fun. 😄 R62 a class (less for cash).

Are you dressing up?

Swap 'I should go to class' for 'I get an hour where nobody needs anything from me.'
Same class, very different Wednesday.

Tonight, 18h15, R62 a class.

Please comment with your one word of how you feel after class.

Phones in bags. Eyes on the instructor. For one hour on a Wednesday, nobody can reach you, and honestly? Bliss. ☺️

Tonight, 18h15.

Come switch off by switching on. 💃

📍Claremont Civic Hall, corner of Main and Wilderness roads, Claremont.
