Met groot hartseer neem ons afskeid van ons geliefde kollega, Christine Smith, Huishoudingstoesighouer by Huis Ria Abel.

Christine se skielike heengaan het ons diep geraak en laat ’n groot leemte by haar kollegas, die inwoners en almal wat haar geken het.

Sy was vir 30 jaar deel van Huis Ria Abel, waarvan sy die afgelope 3 jaar as deel van die GERATEC-familie gedien het.

Christine sal onthou word as ’n hardwerkende, omgee mens wat altyd bereid was om te help. Haar warmte, toewyding en groot hart sal ons altyd bybly.

Ons innige meegevoel gaan uit aan haar familie, vriende, kollegas en die inwoners van Huis Ria Abel.

As our 30th birthday celebrations come to a close, we look back with full hearts and deep gratitude.

Over the past few days, we had the privilege of celebrating this special milestone with clients and friends of GERATEC at a beautiful High Tea, sharing a joyful breakfast with our Support Office team, and enjoying warm winter braais at our units with residents and staff.

Each celebration reminded us of what GERATEC is truly about — people, relationships, care, teamwork and shared moments of joy.

Thank you to every client, resident, staff member, partner and friend who has been part of our journey. Your support, trust and encouragement have helped shape GERATEC into who we are today.
