New here? We've still got a few spots open. Group lessons are R150. Give us a call and we'll find a slot that works for you.

*SwimXt - specialized waterpolo training with a difference*

Shoulder Mobility & Strength holiday clinic is on 🏊‍♀️

You can't add power to unstable shoulders — that's an injury waiting to happen. Three sessions before term kicks back in, built to fix exactly that.

📅 Mon–Wed, 13–15 July
⏰ 10:30–11:45am
💰 R200/session
📍 SACS Pool

All 3 or nothing — that's the whole point. The 3 days build on each other.

Spots are limited — message me tonight to grab one.

Thanks Team WaterBourne xx

🌧️ Puddle jumping OR a warm pool at 34°C? 😄

We love a good puddle as much as the next kid... but when it comes to winter, we think our fully enclosed, heated pool wins every time! 🏊‍♀️🌡️

No cold. No wind. Just happy splashing all year round — from as young as 6 months! 💙

💙 Dear WaterBourne family — we'll be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 12 May.

The next cold front is rolling in tonight 🌬️, the Western Cape Government has closed all schools across the province 🏫, and we're still sorting out some storm damage to our roof 🔧.

We know it's frustrating and we miss you all already! But your safety — and getting our pool back in perfect shape for you — is what matters most right now. 🙏

Please stay home, stay cosy and stay safe. We'll keep you posted! 💙

With love, Cheryl & the WaterBourne Swim School team 🌊

⚠️ SWIM SCHOOL CLOSURE — TODAY⚠️

Dear WaterBourne families,

Due to the severe storm currently moving through our area, we have made the decision to close the swim school for today. The heavy rain and strong winds make it unsafe for anyone to be out on the roads, and the safety of our families and coaches always comes first. 🙏

Please stay home, stay warm and stay safe. We will see you all back in the pool very soon! 💙

With love,
Cheryl & the WaterBourne Swim School team 🏊‍♀️

💗🌸 Happy Mother's Day to every incredible mum in our WaterBourne family!

Whether you're the mum who jumps in the water without a second thought, the one cheering loudly from the poolside, or the one who drives across town every week just to give your child the gift of swimming — you are extraordinary. 🏊‍♀️

Thank you for trusting us with your most precious little ones. We love every single one of you! 💖
