On National Women’s Day, the Parow Arms & Ammo team, together with amazing volunteers, came together to host something truly special... the Aim for Hope Charity Event. None of this would have been possible without the support and teamwork of so many.

We are hosting a fun charity shooting event on National Women’s Day. This event is held in honour of all women who have faced cancer and for those who have stood by a loved one fighting the same battle. It is a celebration of strength, resilience and the unwavering spirit of women.

As part of the day, we will be running a raffle to raise funds for Samantha, a brave woman currently recovering from a long and difficult cancer journey.

Samantha recently completed 45 sessions of radiation, red chemo and steroids and now suffers from Grade 1 burn wounds and ongoing side effects. She is still feeling the aftershocks of her treatment, but she’s not fighting alone. 💗

We are looking for raffle prize sponsors — businesses or individuals willing to donate a product, voucher or service.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us this past Friday! The event was a great success and we were busy right up until closing time. We truly appreciate your support!

The shotgun experience was definitely the star of the show, with many of the clients loving the power it brought to the range.

A special shoutout to Hamish, our partner, and his team for their hard work in making everything run smoothly. 👏

We also want to apologise to those who had to wait longer in the queue than expected – your patience meant the world to us.

For those who missed out, feel free to visit our shop anytime or contact us to learn more about competency training or any firearm-related query. Our shooting range is open to the public weekly and every last Saturday of the month, so come by and put your skills to the test.

💡 Did you know? We offer secure gun storage at a small monthly fee. Have your firearm transferred to us while you wait for your license to be approved. Plus, while waiting, you are welcome to shoot your firearm on our range.
