On National Women’s Day, the Parow Arms & Ammo team, together with amazing volunteers, came together to host something truly special... the Aim for Hope Charity Event. None of this would have been possible without the support and teamwork of so many.

We recently announced the winners at our shop, joined by some of our regular locals. We tried to capture it on video, but with all the excitement (and a few gunshots in the background 🎯), it got a little noisy.

📅 National Women’s Day – 9 August 2025

We are hosting a fun charity shooting event on National Women’s Day. This event is held in honour of all women who have faced cancer and for those who have stood by a loved one fighting the same battle. It is a celebration of strength, resilience and the unwavering spirit of women.

As part of the day, we will be running a raffle to raise funds for Samantha, a brave woman currently recovering from a long and difficult cancer journey.

Samantha recently completed 45 sessions of radiation, red chemo and steroids and now suffers from Grade 1 burn wounds and ongoing side effects. She is still feeling the aftershocks of her treatment, but she’s not fighting alone. 💗

We are looking for raffle prize sponsors — businesses or individuals willing to donate a product, voucher or service.

✅ Help ease Samantha’s recovery costs as all raffle proceeds will be donated to Samantha.
