Away with go! Coach Josh leads an introduction to physical education for the Bosmansdam High School Grade 8s in our brand new gym. We're thrilled to be working alongside the school to deliver a core part of their Life Orientation programme.

A new Connect era begins! We're kicking off our partnership with Bosmansdam High School in Cape Town, taking a key role in their learners' sport and extra-mural activities throughout 2023.
We also have six youngsters joining the school including Banele (centre), who has been with us since day one over eight years ago. 😍 😍 😍

We love working with groups of mixed ability and experience, where young athletes can learn from and lead each other.
Day one of our Athletic Development Camp For Rugby saw us focus on linear speed and off-the-mark acceleration. These guys will build on that on Day Three today. 🏃 🏃 🏃

Congratulations to Endi Apolisi, who joins the Blue Bulls Rugby Union in 2023.
Rewarded for an outstanding season in 2022, where Endi developed with us and our partners Hoërskool Bosmansdam High School. We'll be continuing to support his progress in the coming months, as we have done for eight years and counting.
It's not all about 'traditional rugby schools'...

Congratulations to Nic Krone, who is up and running in the academy at French Top 14 club CA Brive Rugby. The former Rondebosch Boys' High School captain spent several months working with our coaching team in Cape Town before penning a three-year contract in France.
