It is important to teach children that emotions are a normal part of sport. As coaches, we must help them recognise, understand, and manage their feelings in a healthy way, building resilience, confidence, and sportsmanship.

Who Knows the Coaches Best?
This game had everyone laughing! We were so surprised by how well our players know their coaches. From funny habits to favourite things, they noticed it all!

Testing everything for our Friday night movie at our very first Netball Camp! 🍿🏐🎬
We’re so excited to end an action packed day of drills with a special movie night! We’ll be watching Inside Out and using it as a fun way to help our Goal Getters understand the different emotions they experience in sport like excitement, fear, disappointment, frustration, confidence, and joy.
Learning the game is important, but learning how to manage your emotions is what helps you grow into a stronger athlete, teammate, and person. 💛🩷💜
