Rugby Academy provides a series of age-specific rugby courses progressively develop the individual skills, fitness and our teamwork of all players.

Rugby Academy has a team of specialist staff, providing expert developmental programs to provide young rugby players with the necessary tools to grow the skill levels in order to maximize their potential, as well as create a clear pathway to high-performance rugby. Customised courses are offered throughout the year in Cape Town in order to accommodate northern and southern hemisphere rugby seasons and teams with specific requirements.
