What a blessing it is to feel your arms reach, your spine lengthen, your breath find you… again and again without being called 🩵

Lose yourself in nature and find peace.

Set in the geothermal heart of New Zealand, the Wairakei Terraces are home to stunning silica formations created by mineral-rich waters rising from deep within the earth. 💙🤍

Being able to experience the calming energy of these natural silica pools was pretty special. I can’t wait to go back again soon.

As I watched and listened to the waterfall, my mind became quieter, and my body began to flow. 🤍

Wilderness is not a luxury but a necessity of the human spirit. 🌿🧘🏻‍♀️

One week in New Zealand 🇳🇿✨ and somehow time has both flown and slowed all at once.

The past few days have been filled with much needed rest, good food, and soaking in the incredible beauty that Mother Nature offers on this side of the world. I feel grateful, calm, present, and blissful. 🙏🏼

What a whirlwind the past few months have been since returning from India. 🤯

Between preparing for an international move, navigating the festive season, and getting my home ready for tenants (my first experience as a landlord!), life felt like a constant balancing act. To say it was overwhelming is an understatement!

The original plan was to be in New Zealand by mid-January, but a few delays changed the timeline. I’ve always believed that things unfold as they’re meant to and despite the challenges along the way, I’ve finally made it. I’m now in Auckland… indefinitely! 🤯

This journey has stretched me in every possible way — physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. Packing my wardrobe into two suitcases and a backpack, navigating logistics, and stepping away from familiar surroundings has brought moments of doubt, excitement, joy, tears, and anxiety! 🫨

What this experience has reinforced is that growth rarely feels comfortable while it’s happening. Progress lives outside the comfort zone. ✨

This move represents one of the biggest decisions I’ve made, not only for new experiences and professional opportunities, but also to build a life alongside my incredibly supportive partner, whose patience and encouragement made this transition far easier. ❤️🙏🏼

As I settle into life in Auckland, I’m looking forward to learning, building meaningful connections, and exploring new opportunities in this next chapter.
