Try combining Ballistic Platform Push-Ups with Lizard Platform Hand Step-Ups for a killer strength and stability boost.
Ballistic Platform Push-Ups:
1) Do a regular push-up, but at the top, briefly lift your hands off the floor and land them on the platforms.
2) This makes your chest, shoulders, and triceps work harder.
3) Keep your core tight and body straight.
Lizard Platform Hand Step-Ups:
1) Stand facing a box or platform, right foot on top.
2) Drive through your right heel to step up, bringing your left foot up.
3) Step back down with the left foot, tapping your toe first.
4) Repeat and switch legs.
Alternate between push-ups and step-ups for your desired sets.
This combo challenges your upper body strength, core stability, and lower body power.
Start with a lower platform to master your form before progressing to higher boxes.
