No pic because we all are blinded to certain things!

I drove out last night to get some veggies, bread and milk and saw such a sad picture. All the homeless humans beings that stand at the traffic lights asking for 20c or 50c to get food were trying to wave me down with their hands put together praying for me to help. These people are a part of Cape Town, can everyone please freeze your left overs and when you do a grocery run can you give it out...how do we that with out getting infected you ask?... when you see one of them on the street hoot and place the bag of food on the roof of your car and close your window.. the look on their face will be reward enough.
It’s a slippery slope guys...they don’t have food...the break ins increase...then it starts to effect us and then we see them as bad people, hunger can make you do silly things... let’s do our best to stop that chain reaction❤️
They don’t have any form of social media to be informed of where to go.

Are you continuing to train in self isolation? Remember that working out is good for your immune system. To help you out with your home training, we will be doing some videos with Vicky on a number of different workouts that you can do from the safety and comfort of your home. Stay tuned!

Despite all of the news, our classes still resume as per our schedule. We urge all of our members to keep a distance during the classes, and to also ensure that they sanitize and clean the equipment they use. Please refrain from greeting by hand shake, high five, fist bumps, etc.

We are taking precautions 😷
In order to keep everyone fit and healthy we are making a few adjustments, taking some precautions and need you all to please take this seriously.
🔻 Rule #1 of entering the gym, sanitize your hands as we put dispensers at the entrance 🔻 We will not share equipment. Please use your own.
🔻 Use the sanitizer spray and wipe down your equipment and mat after use where after our team will do the same as precaution after each class
🔻 Bring and use your own sweat towel!!!
🔻 Boost your vitamin C intake.
🚨If you are feeling some of the symptoms please consult your Dr and refrain from attending classes until you have been cleared.
Remember staying fit helps your immune to overcome anything! Do what you can to educate yourself and stay healthy 🖤
