WE’RE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST

Golf Science is looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to join our team at the studio in Brooklyn, Cape Town.

You’ll be the first person our clients meet

What you’ll do:
• Welcome clients and look after them while they’re in the studio
• Manage fitting bookings and the daily diary
• Answer calls, WhatsApps, emails and social media messages
• Process payments, quotes and invoices
• Keep clients updated on their club builds and orders
• Keep the front desk and showroom neat and running smoothly
• Help the fitters with general admin

What we’re looking for:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Previous reception, admin or customer-service experience is a plus
• Good spoken and written English
• Comfortable on a computer (email, booking systems, spreadsheets)
• Friendly, well-presented and organised
• A love of golf is a bonus - not a must

Salary: discussed at interview, based on skills and experience.
