9 months pregnant to 4weeks postpartum
Postpartum body healing nicely, canโt wait for the all clear at 6 weeks to start exercising again. ๐ค
Also gonna be finishing up my pregnancy workout videos when I have a gap - taking care of a 1 month old is amazing right now with all the cuddles and love. ๐ฅฐ Although he is struggling with winds which makes it a bit more difficult sometimes. Any advice out there?

is finally here. ๐ He has stolen our hearts from the get go and he is perfect!
Went to the hospital on Friday the 22โnd to be put on the fetal monitor as his movements were less than normal and my mucus plug came out gradually since that Monday. They said everything was normal and we went home. At around 4pm I started having contractions, but I thought it was braxton hicks so went about my day. We went to visit family that night and the contractions became closer together. We decided to drive to hospital at around 10pm and got booked in. I was in labour. At around 4am I was only about 4cm dilated. My gynaecologist came as I asked for epidural, by then I was in a lot of pain with contractions every 2-3min and not dilating as I should. She said that there was something bothering her on the monitor and decided to rather do a c-section for my and Eliโs safety.
We had to wait for the anaesthesiologist and was in the operating room at 4:30. He took his first breath and relief washed over me. I got to hold him for the first time ๐ฅฐ
After that life has been a bit of a blur, I wasnโt feeling well in hospital and recovery was terrible, went home and a week later got admitted again with a bladder infection that I had since being in hospital, but the pain meds I got masked the symptoms and made me feel loopy.
Finally on the mend at home and I can focus on this little guy thatโs quickly becoming not so little anymore. ๐ฅฐ
Loving every moment of parenthood and discovering new things with my husband, who has been amazing looking after me, Eli, our 2 dogs and taking care of housework and chores. I couldnโt have asked for a better husband and father to our son! You make life special and I love you so much. โค๏ธ

39 weeks pregnant ๐คฐ
Going for walks at sunset to help Elijah make his way into this world ๐
We are so excited to meet this little guy, but heโs making us wait longer than expected ๐
He already weighs about 3.5-3.7kg so definitely not a tiny baby ๐
Still exercising every day and getting as much rest as possible before his arrival ๐ถ

Hi everyone ๐ค
So life has been a bit hectic - currently 36 weeks pregnant ๐คฐ
We moved into a new house, had renovations done and set up a baby room ๐
Elijah is due in 4 weeks and he is already 3kg ๐ฅฐ๐ถ
Iโve been trying to stay active although itโs a bit difficult with a growing tummy, but still doing my pregnancy workouts and walking ๐
I havenโt set up my gym yet for videos as itโs in a garage/office, but itโs been working great for my workouts - Iโll keep you posted
We had our baby shower and my sister took our amazing maternity shoot photos ๐คฉ
