Its a age old rivalry the world over, at The Grind 01 - Obstacle Course Race in Cape Town it will be settled once and for all...( not actually but it sounds cool)

Jokes aside these guys in Blue and Red come together when we need them most and at The Grind we have decided to do something for them this time. We will be running a special batch for these guys and girls to go head to head over our 8km course. We are pumped to have the teams running at The Grind as our guests.
