So... what can we say... our 5 year journey has come to an end... who could’ve predicted this just 4months ago!
~
Firstly we want to thank each and every member of our MOBFAM ~ whether you were a member for a day, a week, a month or a year, thank you for including us in your journey to become a healthier, better you!
~
Thanks for all memories, MOB was a place of more than just fitness - it was friendships, family, goals, pride and so much more!
~
To our coaches, Neal. Marc, Simon, Craig and Cheyenne... always leading from the front, celebrating our successes, and picking us up when we thought we were failing. Showing us just how much more we can do by being aware of the stories we tell ourselves as we overcame our inner critics.
~
Now go forth MOBSTERS - onto the next chapter, stronger than yesterday and always remembering... IT’S A MIND OVER BODY THING !
