Dear Parents 👋

We’re excited to announce our Pre-Season Hurdles Training sessions, starting next Friday! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

These small-group sessions are designed to help young athletes develop their hurdling technique, speed, strength, power and agility while building confidence and improving overall performance.

📅 Friday afternoons
⏰ 15:00–16:00
🎯 Boys & Girls | Grade 3–9
📍 Elkanah House Senior Primary Campus
💰 R600 for the term (3 sessions)

Limited spaces are available, and sessions missed will unfortunately not be made up, so early registration is recommended.
