On behalf of Greater Philippi LFA we would like to express our condolences on the loss of SAFA Cape Town administrator Mr Morne Barnes. Many of us knew him personally, and his personality trait was well-loved among us all. He will be missed.

The longest serving officer administrator with in the region. You've shared your administration skills with many of us.

Hamba Kahle comrade Barnes ugqatso ulufezile. You will always be remembered for your great administration.

Thank you for everything Mr Barnes.

Breaking News: Greater Philippi Local football association has officially suspended all its football activities until further notice. This is due to the on going outbreak of the Coronavirus. We will advise you in due course on the resumption of our activities again.
