This is Paul 🇫🇷.
He is 87 and one of the most positive and inspirational humans I know.
I’ve known him for 19 years and have had the pleasure to assist him through multiple post-operative recoveries.
When he talks in his French accent I listen and Paul said wisely today: The older you are the harder you have to work. I owe it to my family and have to set the example. You have to get stronger and stronger as you get older.
I like life. What it offers.
The sea. The mountains. The colours.
God bless me. I’m lucky to have the opportunity. It’s in your mind.’

Valerie is a kind and energetic Biokineticist that joined the Le Roux and Nel team in 2022. She has a great passion for movement, people and sport and believe that exercise is the key to a happy and healthy life.
She also believes that exercise should be enjoyable and should be integrated within our daily lives. She loves all parts of Biokinetics but especially enjoy working with the elderly, children and those with chronic conditions.
Her kind and empathetic spirit brings a wonderful energy in the practice.

Ivana joined the team in 2022. Ivana loves working with people of all ages and is truly invested in her client’s journey through exercise and rehab. Whilst she has a strict and precise approach, her warm and welcoming personality makes even the most strenuous session enjoyable. Always excited for the session ahead, her passion for her work is contagious. With Ivana you can always expect a good chat and some laughs.
Whilst Ivana is new to Le Roux Nel, she is not new to working within Biokinetics and her experience makes for valuable time spent.
