-> 2022 Commonwealth games
-> 7’s Challenger Series
-> 7’s Rugby World Cup
All by the age of 24 😅

Interesting lesson about my feet today. Been struggling for months with pain in my left foot..turns out it has a mind of its own 🥴
The red line down the centre of both images is a guide as to where your foot should go. Right foot has that pretty much nailed, whereas the left foot is going on it’s own adventure.
Some expensive creps later 🥴💸 lets see if they sort out the pain 🤞🏽

Massive thank you to the companies that supported my recent trip to Monaco.
To for supplying mini pots of wax for our recovery session. These pots were great as they were light weight as easy to travel with, but also players could have an individual pot each, reducing the transmission of potential C19.
To for providing some tape and my pitchside bag. This bag is great as it can carry so much, which was ideal taking equipment from the hotel to the stadium.
