💙 WELCOME TO THE ELVES FAMILY MATT!

Another local rider joining us, and this one is an absolute beauty. This is getting REALLY exciting with our local cycling community around here watching the uprising of Elves Bikes. I (SJ) was actually sat at some lights recently, and as I pulled away, got very quickly dropped by an Elves rider calling back “nice bike”. We always said we would have felt like this was a real milestone when little things started to happen, and they most definitely are!

Let’s talk about this stunner, Matt has gone for a 55cm Falath EXP in Transparent Blue and Baby Blue with Silver decals, built up with SRAM Force, a 10/30t cassette, 48/35T chainset and 172.5mm cranks, he’s a tall chap!

Matt paired this build with Hunt 44/46 Aerodynamicist wheels, 32mm GP5000 tyres and our 145mm OSSE PRO 3D printed saddle to finish it off.

And the initial feedback?

By far the fastest bike he’s ever ridden. 🚀

THE BIGGEST WELCOME TO LOUIS

Another belter leaves the Elves Custom Build Workshop ✌️

This time it’s a stunning Falath EXP Elite, finished in a Chameleon Black Red and White custom paint scheme with silver decals. Absolutely love this colourway, Louis has done a brilliant job!

The Falath EXP is our latest generation aero road bike and the feedback since its launch has been incredible. Riders consistently tell us just how fast, responsive and confidence inspiring it feels. It has also proven itself in independent wind tunnel testing, outperforming six current Tour de France bikes. When you combine that level of performance with its specification and price, it offers exceptional value for money.

Louis’s build is centred around a 49 cm Falath EXP Elite with our AeroEvo integrated carbon handlebars in a 400/100 configuration. It is equipped with a full Shimano Ultegra Di2 12 speed groupset, 165 mm crank arms, a 52/36 chainset and an 11/34 cassette, giving a fantastic balance of speed and climbing capability. The build has been completed with our lightweight Orome Valar TH50D 24K carbon wheelset, fitted with 30 mm Continental GP5000 tyres, and all topped off with our Osse Pro 3D printed saddle.

🎥 ELVES BIKES – THE INSIDE STORY

Following the phenomenal global growth of Elves Bikes, we were incredibly fortunate to be invited to visit the factory for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the history of the brand, its philosophy, and the manufacturing processes that have driven its continued success.

Throughout our visit, we explored every stage of the customer journey, taking a deep dive into the test centre, carbon fibre lay-up, moulding, painting, finishing and quality control. It was a fascinating opportunity to witness first-hand the craftsmanship, technology and attention to detail that goes into every single Elves frame.

More importantly, it allowed us to follow the complete journey of an Elves customer, from the very beginning of production through to the finished frame, providing an authentic insight into how each frame comes to life. Having experienced the entire manufacturing process first-hand, it’s easy to see why Elves Bikes has continued to grow from strength to strength around the world.

We hope you enjoy this exclusive behind-the-scenes series as much as we enjoyed creating it and that it gives you a deeper understanding of the people, passion and precision behind every Elves frame.

The Elves EXP is the most dramatic aero road bike we have to offer.
