Some interesting facts about fat cells we have been lead to believe that fat cells can disappear when we lose weight That is far from the truth
When fat is metabolized, it's primarily converted to carbon dioxide and water, which are expelled through breathing, urination, and sweating
metabolized for energy, causing the cells to shrink.
Number of fat cells remains stable:
The total number of fat cells in your body typically remains relatively constant throughout adulthood. While new fat cells can be generated, they are also broken down at a similar rate, maintaining a relatively stable number.
Weight regain:
Because fat cells don't disappear, they can easily expand again if you regain weight, potentially explaining why maintaining weight loss can be challenging.
Liposuction:
Procedures like liposuction can physically remove fat cells, but this doesn't prevent the remaining cells from expanding if you gain weight.

We are constantly told to keep hydrated, but drinking too much of any liquid could have negative consequences
Over hydration causes water toxicity. It upsets the natural electrolyte balance.
Confusion, nausea and vomiting are symptoms. Severe cases can cause seizures, coma and death.
